A Good Congratulation from   Dr. J. Darragh M. Elliott from Canada- Dec 3,2013
Dr. J. Darragh M. Elliott is America an art connoisseur. He lives in Canada but often works in America. He is also a religious Christian and a singer.

I am lucky enough that since we knew each other via Internet in 2006, I have been getting some good directions and advice from him.

Now I would like to share his Congratulation and the photo of the door that he mentioned in his letter with you and hope to bring you a big smile.

Hi Shirley:

First, may I congratulate you on becoming a Christian. You have now come through the easy part. The next part is staying a Christian and having faith in God, particularly when having faith is all that is available.

Soon you will celebrate your first Christmas and will then have a better understanding of Jesus and his birth. It is not a Santa Claus holiday.

Back in 1985, I donated a stained glass window in the memory of my father and mother. The image is by Holman Hunt, a very famous, Pre-Raphaelite, British artist.   This window is approximately two meters high by a little less than one meter wide. The subject is of Jesus knocking on a door. You will notice that there is no handle to the door, and that it therefore, can only be opened from the inside. The door is the door to your heart, and Jesus is knocking on the door asking you to invite him into your heart. Only you can open the door to your heart and so it is up to you whether or not you accept Jesus Christ as your God.   This window has been installed in many different churches. A jpeg of this follows in a second email. I am sorry, it is not of the best quality due to the light.

I am glad that you are having great success in the US and I wish you all my best in your future endeavours.

By the way, thank you for naming me as one of the people who have helped you in the past. However my name is Dr. J. Darragh M. Elliott, not Dr. Darragh.

All the best,

Darragh
