Hi,Dear Friends
How are you?
First of all, I wish all my American friends a Happy Thanksgiving Day and Holiday! Meanwhile, I would like to take this opportunity during this American festival to thank all my non-American friends for your great help in the past and wish you a wonderful weekend.
It has been a long time since I last wrote. Why? I have been thinking about the development of my Cross-cultural and Comprehensive Art project and trying to make some necessary adjustments.
This means that on Sept 7, 2025, Mrs. Michelle and I ended our internal cooperation at Sydney E-bridge Cross-cultural and Comprehensive Art Studio and adjusted it to be a new collaboration between Michelle¡¯s Elder Well-Health Society and Shirley¡¯s Sydney E-bridge Cross-cultural and Comprehensive Art Studio.
Then, from Sep 9 to Nov 14, besides still working on teaching, creating, and researching (writing papers), I started marketing by meeting with 10 groups comprising 21 people including artists, educators, writers, entrepreneurs, government officials, etc.
Some achievements from the marketing efforts are:
-- An Australian Painting Academy will sponsor my first art exhibition at the Sydney Chinese Cultural Center from Dec 12 in Australia in 2026; they have already completed the application process for me already.
-- A city center library in New South Wales State hopes to sponsor my another art exhibition in their library in 2027 while starting some workshops and lectures there.
-- Some entrepreneurs would like to offer me art creation room and living accommodations simultaneously in Sydney...

So, on Oct 27th as soon as I received the rejection letter from Beijing Language University, I sent my research paper to the 26th Annual Conference of American Chinese Teacher Association; on Nov 1st I finished my fortieth lesson in Sydney since May 23rd, 2025; on Nov 4th ,I completed the second draft of my first Australian cultural map; then on Nov 8th, I boarded a plane back to China. On Nov 14th, Dr. Guan Wei who is one of Australia's most accomplished Chinese temperature artists/professors at an Australian university met me in his Beijing studio before he departed for Australia.
Now, with a heart full of endless gratitude, I have come back to my father¡¯s city to look after him while keeping on working on my E-bridge Cross-cultural and Comprehensive Art Project, mainly focusing on creating artworks, writing books and papers, improving oral English, and preparing for my new travels planned for both the US and Australia.
What about you? Have you been doing well over these past several months? Do you have anything special you'd like to share?

Sincerely, I am just a lifelong learner in the arts of painting, music, English, management and Chinese art teaching, and work on the website in my free time. I would really like to do something with what I have learned and make this website a little electronic bridge for cross-cultural and integrated/comprehensive art and Chinese language studying. This way, I can help others while improving myself.
Thank you always for your understanding, guidance and assistance and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please feel free to write to info@ebridge.cn .
