Chinese Xieyi--0047(Flower & Bird):
After painting 96 Gouaches and 10 Chinese Gongbi painting, I learned to paint a Chinese Xie Yi painting in my art lesson Friday night. This is a freehand brush works painting, it asks painter to paint a picture with brushers and colors directly instead of drafting it with pencil at the first. So, it asks a higher skill and the ability of composition of a picture. I am just learning on it and I hope to give you an information to compare with the other painting styles. :-)

Chinese Classical Poem/Created Art Song--008: Guan Ju --The Songs of Ospreies'
Some Western friends ask me whether Chinese have a date, hug, kiss or fall in love as Westerners do? That really surprises me and want to know why? I guess, maybe the past Cultural Revolution that had made many Chinese traditional cultures to be trampled and had made China to be in a quite closed situation, so that people have these kinds of questions. So, this week, I would like to introduce an oldest Chinese love poem to help you to know more about China and Chinese. Except offering the translation and pronunciation, I wrote a piece of music to match the poem. Hope you enjoy it and help you to remember the poem easier. :-)

Chinese Popular Song--002: The Same Song
Saturday night, I learned my second Chinese popular song in my vocal music lesson A Some Song. I offered you the translation and Chinese pronunciation. I do hope all of our dreams, desires and happiness can make us to sing a same song together.

I am just a learner on all of the work. Many times I do not know what words I should write in English, how I should to use my colors or breath when I was paitning or singing... Anyway, I really hope to offer a little bit help to you to know more Chinese culture and help you to improve your Chinese level; meanwhile, to improve myself.
