Hi,Dear Friends
How are you? Is everything well with you? I do hope that you are well and have a good and relaxed weekend.
Wednesday night, I went to a solo concert of Mr. Jose Carreras -- one of the most famous tenor musicians from Italy. It is so lovely surprise for seeing over 4000 audiences there even though the entrance tickets prices is about DSD200/150/100... I do feel that China has changed so much. That was impossible for a common resident to hear a concert with so high price ticket 10 years ago. I also feel that in my city, there is a so nice culture and art breath. Do you know? My City -- Shenzhen just held the China International High Technology Fair in Oct. Every May, China International Culture Exposition is held here. Right now, we are applying to be the host city of the World University Student Sport as well.
I am proud of myself as one of the builder of this International Garden City and you are welcomed in my beautiful city... :-)

Chinese Xieyi--0051(Flower & Bird): A Little Sketch
This week¨s art lesson was in the same evening that Jose Carreras had his concert in my city. So, my time was only enough to paint a little sketch. Anyway, I cherished the time that my teacher could direct me on my Chinese Xieyi painting in person ? Now I feel that I have had the ability to create a gouache, a Chinese Gongbi painting by myself. I lack the ability enough to create a good Chinese Xiyi painting. So, I want to work on it with more time. I wanted to pay more attention to paint the leave parts with different colors and lines and tried to avoid the too similar way as I did. My teacher was very satisfy for my progress and took a photo for my picture as a good student¨s practice. Do you agree with my teacher?

Chinese Art Song--004: Let Us Share The Destiny With Love
After seeing and hearing the concert by Carreras. I have a new feeling about singing. Maybe it is just like to play a cello. The breath should be my bow, the body should be my string, the points that my sound start, are the points that my fingers should be on the instrument. With this totally new understanding, I re-learned to sing this Chinese art song and hope to bring you a relaxed feeling and a smile.

Chinese Classical Poem & Art Song--0014: Hua Fei Hua -- A Flower Is In The Fog
As a very important part of Chinese culture, classical poem is often used in people¨s daily life and contemporary literature. The poem sentence Hua Fei Hua by Bai Juyi is often used as a title of a novel, a movie or a TV play. I think maybe for there is much meaning and beautiful artistic conception in it. After all, Bai Juyi is not only as a great poet, but also as a great Buddhist in Chinese history´
