Hi,Dear Friends
 How are you? Have you had a good week and enjoy your weekend? I do hope that everything is doing well and you are enjoying your weekend.
Whole of the week, I worked on one of my assignments of China Central Academy of Fine Arts ? the second part of Scroll of 87 Immortals.
A good feeling is that it has not only helped me to complete the 32 to the 62 immortal, but also, it has brought me some new idea about business management.
Very often, I could not help smiling when I was painting, for I often felt that the immortals, the flowers, the clouds or the accouterments under my brush or on the white silk were comminuting with me with their own styles -- It seems like I could hear the instruction from the immortals, I could see the clouds flowing in the sky, I could also feel the flower shaking in the slight wind... All of them were talking, smiling, interacting with some smiles and strong vitality. The beautiful and delight feelings brought me so much happiness so that I often forgot to have a rest in time and I felt pain on my waist when I put down my brush last night. :- )
I suddenly thought:
-- No matter what we are doing, we must learn the arts of interactions, just like a doctor has to interact with his patient, a teacher has to interact with his student, a manager has to interact with his employees, customers and work partners and so on. As long as the individuals and the companies can make a good interaction inside and outside, they can really create a wonder and make success.
-- In the management field, managers not only need to offer his team a work object, work purpose, some of the work methods, but also, we have to check up the work, to listen to the suggestions, advices and feedback from our employees, customers and work partners before the work to be started, during the work process and after the work was finished, make sure something right, correct something wrong, adjust something according to the changed environment, summary both of the experience or the lessons, then we can ensure the business to be run on a right road now and in the future.
This is in fact the arts of the communication management, therefore, a good manager should be a good artist of interaction. In a team there is a good interaction, every member in the team can work with good and positive heart, to create a high efficient work and achievement together.
-- Since the modern technology has offered us many methods to make an interaction management, in my opinion, the big trend and the best interactions styles maybe Face to Face + Intranet + Internet.
Base on this view, I am thinking, if at the same time to create a good interaction with our work objects and related relationships in our working field, while we can touch or pay some attention to learn something new in another field, maybe it can bring us some surprised gain, then to support our career?
