Title: Shirley Created Art -- Chinese Xieyi 0133:Source of Peach Blossoms
Artist: Shirley Zhang
Size: 334cm x 67cm
Completed Time: Thursday, April 19, 2007
Remarks:
This is my 133rd Chinese Xieyi ? Freehand Brushworks that I created in my art lesson Thursday night and the 4th time I worked on my long scroll.

The 4th part is a background of my birds and flowers of the first 3 parts, I painted the mountains and peach blossoms with some light colors for I wanted to push it far away and made the picture has a depth of field.

I gave this part a name The Source of Peach Blossom source for I wanted this picture and myself can learn the author of this article and the great poem in Chinese history ? Tao Yuanming ( 365¨D427), to love the great nature and to pursue the beautiful and natural quality.

Maybe my body had known the May Day holiday would come soon, when I was painting, my nose water could not be stopped, so that my pink peach blossoms were opening on my picture, a lot of white flowers were blossoming on my floor¡ :- ) I could not help to smile for the mess and I was lucky for my cleaning lady was helping me and made everywhere clean soon.

My teacher felt I did a good work and gave me 90 marks and until now, I have not made any big mistakes on the long scroll yet.

Once more, my teacher satisfied with my work and I got 90 marks for my work.

How do you see this picture? Do you enjoy it?
