Enjoying Contemporary Chinese Paintings by My Art Advisors and Professors
I am lucky enough for getting my art education from 62 teachers，tutors and professors face to face. And 59 of them are from both the Chinese National Academy of Arts and China Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing and many of them are representative artists in different contemporary art fields. While working on the ancient poetry for this publication and creating music and paintings for these classical poems，I thought of adding some of their Contemporary Chinese Paintings, which may be helpful to both of the publication and its readers. So，I invited Professor Jiashan Mu who is my current supervisor for my master's degree of fine arts to contribute some paintings for my publication when I was in China in Sept, 2016 and then I invited another 5 professors who are academic leaders in their fields from the USA to join us in Jan,2017. All of them are academic leaders in their fields. One of them is a supervisor of candidates for Doctoral Degrees and the others are supervisor of candidates for Master's Degrees, and they have taught me in different stage since 2010 to 2017.
Then after coming back China in April,2017,I invited my first Chinese painting professor who had taught me from 2003 to 2009 to join us too.
I really hope you will get a fresh impression of contemporary Chinese painting by enjoying these precious pictures in the DVD.

1.Inventor of Chinese Dry-ink One-thousand-hair Wrinkling Technique — 穆家善Jiashan Mu
穆家善教授Prof. Jiashan Mu(1961—), a Supervisor of Master' s Degree Candidates at China National Academy of Art，Executive Deputy Dean of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute of Nanjing University，President of the Asian Pacific Art Institute of America and Professor of Chinese Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art，and Montgomery College ,he invented the “Dry- ink One - thousand-hair Wrinkling Technique” for Chinese painting，and was given the honorary title of Chinese Cultural Ambassador by the Education Section of the Chinese Embassy in the United States and Cheung Kong Scholars Candidate by Chinese Ministry of Education. ... read more

2. Inventor of the High Temperature Crystalline Pigments for Chinese Painting—蒋采苹Caiping Jiang
蒋采苹教授Prof. Caiping Jiang （1934—),President of Chinese Meticulous Brushwork and Heavy Color Painting Research Society and Vice President of China Hue Art Association/Society，Supervisor of Candidates for Doctoral Degrees and an inventor who got a national patent for her High Temperature Crystalline Pigments for Chinese Painting. 7. My First Chinese Painting Teacher— 陶晖 Hui Tao
陶晖教授Prof. Hui Tao (1965— )，graduated from China Central Academy of Fine Arts, taught in Zhengzhou Yellow River School of Fine Arts, former Associate Head of Fine Arts Department of Huanggang Normal College in Hubei Province.
