潘缨教授 Prof./Dr. Ying Pan (1962—), a Senior Artist of Chinese National Academy of Arts，Supervisor of Masters Degree Candidates，Vice President of Chinese Female Artists Association，Managing Director of the Chinese Heavy Colored Drawing Research Society，Chinese Gongbi Painting Study Association. She has created a unique Chinese Mogu Technique and published a series of academic works，such as Pan Ying Mogu Painting Technique，Pan Ying Heavy Colored Painting Technique and so on. She has held individual exhibitions 12 times and her works were included in the 7th，8th,10th and 12nd National Art Exhibitions and were collected by the National Art Museum of China，the Art Museum of Shanghai，the Chinese National Academy of Arts，China National Academy of Art and so on.
